The runner up of last years final, came all the way across the ocean to give it a try for the 2023 World Cup Final. The flying Dutchman Harrie Smolders and Monaco N.O.P. ended up 7th at the first day and became 11th yesterday. What will the final day bring?
Eddie Blue on his way to the final
We haven’t seen the mighty Eddie Blue for a few years at the World Cup stage. But this year they didn’t want to miss out the final on home soil for sure. Yesterday, he and Devin Ryan reached the jump off and ended up 8th. We can’t wait to meet them in the final.
Poppy Pepita Con Spita
Devin Ryan his compatriot, Hunter Holloway, was part of the final of 2022. Together with her little white unicorn Pepita Con Spita, she’s one of the crowd favorites in Omaha. After a beautiful clear round yesterday, she ended up with four faults in the jump off and a 7th place. In the standings the pair is find on the fantastic fifth spot.
No finals for Tobago
One of the title favorites was for sure Daniel Deusser and his fighter Scuderia 1918 Tobago Z. But the luck wasn’t at their side yesterday. After an amazing third place on the first day, they had to refuse during the second round yesterday. The comeback is always stronger than the setback is what they say. We can’t wait to catch up again.
Linkolns for Lithuania
Last but not least is Linkolns. He performed at the World Cup Finals of 2022 as well. His partner is the Lithuanian rider Andrius Petrovas. After two rounds they managed to get qualified for Saturday’s final.
